In its First Year Pinyon Montessori Achieves a Great NPS Score!
We are overjoyed to share that Pinyon Montessori has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 64%! This score places us firmly in the "great" category, according to industry benchmarks, and reflects the high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our Pinyon families.

What is NPS, and why is it important?
NPS is a widely used metric that gauges customer experience and predicts future business growth. It's based on a simple question: "On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?" Respondents are then grouped into three categories: Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), and Detractors (0-6). The NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.
What does our 64% NPS score mean?
Our 64% NPS score signifies that a vast majority of our families are so pleased with their Pinyon experience that they would enthusiastically recommend us to others.
Our Commitment to Excellence

We are incredibly proud of the strong sense of community we have built, and we are deeply grateful for the trust our families place in us.
